| General Clerks (Customer Service, Operation & Reservation)
Qualified individuals will be responsible for dealing with customers, prepare & process various travel documents, data entry, email inquiry and customer service. Position is in a very fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Qualifications:
• Must be bilingual in English & Chinese (Cantonese)
• Good computer skills, required
• Must be conversant with Excel, MS Word & Outlook
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Self-monitoring and able to meet
deadlines
• Strong in problem solving and organization skills.
• Must be a team player who works well with others
• Previous travel industry experience in Asia (i.e. Hong Kong, China) a plus
• Hotel/travel industry experience a plus
Education/Experience:
• Min. 2 years office work/customer service experience
• 1-2 years college a plus
